1. Ownership Rights
Upon final payment, the full copyright of the final chosen design is transferred to you. You have the right to use, print, and distribute the assets for your business as you see fit.
2. Source Files vs. Final Outputs
Final Outputs: These are the ready-to-use files (PNG, JPG, PDF) included in every package.
Source Files: These are the raw, editable working files (e.g., layered Photoshop/Figma/Illustrator files).
Note: Unless specified in our initial agreement, source files are typically available as a separate "Buy-out" option.
3. Fonts and Stock Imagery
Fonts: I use licensed or open-source fonts. While I provide the font names, legal licensing usually requires the client to purchase their own license for desktop use.
Stock Photos: Any stock imagery used will be properly licensed. I will provide the license documentation along with your final files.
