1. Create a "Staff" or "User" Account
Instead of sharing your own primary login (Admin/Owner), please create a separate user account for me.
Why? This keeps your personal data private and allows you to track exactly what changes I make.
Access Level: Assign me as an "Editor" or "Developer." Only give "Administrator" rights if it is strictly necessary for the task.
2. Use Secure Sharing Tools
Never send passwords via Email, WhatsApp, or Skype. These are not secure. Instead, use:
LastPass or 1Password: Use the "Share" feature to give me access without me ever seeing your actual password.
Privnote: Use this to send a "Self-Destructing" link that disappears after I read it once.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If your account has 2FA enabled, please be available for a few minutes after you send the credentials so you can provide the OTP (One-Time Password) when I first log in.
