1. Defining the Scope
The Scope of Work (SOW) is a detailed list of all tasks, features, and deliverables I will provide. It outlines:
Core Features: Specific functionalities (e.g., "E-commerce integration," "User Dashboard").
Page Count: The exact number of pages or screens to be designed/developed.
Revision Cycles: The number of rounds of changes included in the quoted price.
2. Managing Change Requests
We understand that ideas evolve! However, if you request a feature or service that was not part of the original agreement (e.g., adding a blog section to a landing page project), it is considered "Out of Scope."
Process: I will provide a separate mini-quote for the additional work.
Timeline: New requests may extend the original project deadline.
3. Why Scope Matters
Clearly defining the scope protects your investment by ensuring I stay focused on your primary goals without distractions or unexpected costs.
